New CEIEC paper published in “Artificial Intelligence in Medicine” magazine (Q1) – “A survey of deep learning models in medical therapeutic areas”

CEIEC researchers Álvaro García Tejedor y Alberto Nogales in collaboration with Diana Monge and Cristina Antón from the Faculty of Medicine from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria have published a paper called “A survey of deep learning models in medical therapeutic areas”. The list of authors is completed with Juan Serrano Vara alumni from CEIEC. The paper will be published in the journal Artificial Intelligence in Medicine. The purpose of this work is to be an information source for computer scientist to find new lines of work not very exploited in the field of medicine. In the case of researchers in the field of medicine, it’s utility is to know which deep learning models are the most useful depending on the therapeutic area they are working.
